The dealer again mumbled that he will pay me once the dice are in the middle of the table. After a minute or two passed by with my bets still un-paid and sitting on the table, (again-I was the only one at this table) I asked to be paid. I wasn’t sure what was happening at this point, and waited to get paid. The dealer refused, saying under his breath “as soon as the dice are in the middle, I’ll pay you”.

Of course, I didn’t grab the dice, and asked to be payed for my pass line and odds bet. After hitting the point (point was 8) the puck was not turned over, and the dice were slid back to me by the stick-man. You’d think the dealers wouldn’t have a hard time keeping track of my bets in that scenario, right? Wrong. I was there late at night, and as such was the only one at the usually busy craps table. I’ve had some great experiences with blackjack dealers here at Soaring Eagle, however, the craps dealer I was interacting with gave me the worst casino experience I’ve ever had. I am not one to complain about service regularly, in fact, I generally like to give people the benefit of the doubt when things go less-than-ideally.
